Shipping Policy

Please note that you are responsible for paying the delivery costs at checkout (including costs of return). Merveilleux will not calculate, invoice or collect any taxes, duties, import fees or charges other than shipping cost at checkout.

Merveilleux uses the delivery services of PostNL for local and international shipping. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace number. We work hard to process every order as soon as possible, but we rely on the delivery services of PostNL. Merveilleux is not responsible for late deliveries, because we do not have control over that.

The Netherlands:

PostNL (2-5 business days)- €6,95 (Free shipping for orders above €75)

Rest of Europe:

PostNL (3-15 business days)- €9,50 (Free shipping for orders above €100)

Rest of the world:

PostNL (10-20 business days)- €19,50 (Free shipping for orders above €350)

Order process:

Once you placed an order, it is not possible to cancel it. Once you received the order, you can send the item(s) back by following our return policy. Keep in mind that it takes 2-5 business days for local orders to be processed and delivered. It will take 5-9 business days for international orders in Europe to be processed and delivered.

Return Policy:

All products that has been purchased online can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. If you want to return or exchange an item, it must be returned in a undamaged and unused state, just like you received it. To send the item(s) back, please follow the steps on the return form.

Return & exchange terms:

  • All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt;

  • All products must be unworn and unwashed;

  • You may try the item on, to see if it fits, but to exchange/return an item, it must be in the same state as it was sold to you.

  • All products must have all original (Merveilleux) tags still attached

  • For hygiene reasons the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

    • Facemasks

    • Swimwear

    • Underwear

  • Shipping back to Merveillex is at the customers own cost and risk

  • Save your tracking code link as a proof of shipping

 

If you want to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and order again.
